Imagine having a behind-the-scenes partner who's totally
dedicated to your success. This is the job of a personal
coach. Coaches help their clients focus on important tasks and
produce results efficiently and effectively. While you
ultimately have responsibility for developing your goals, a
coach helps keep you on track and motivated toward attaining
Have you ever wanted your life to be better in some important way but haven't known where to start? Have you ever not been sure of what you wanted? Have you ever set your heart on an important goal but lacked the focus, skills, or follow-through to see it through to completion? So many times as GLBT individuals, we do not have the mentors, role models, or road map to help us produce the results we desire as possible in our lives. These are the types of challenges that call for an experienced coach.What results can I expect from a coach?
Some of the most important results include:
- You set and achieve goals that will really make a difference in your life;
- You take yourself and your goals more seriously;
- You get clear on what moves you forward and what stops your momentum;
- You invent new possibilities for yourself and your life;
- You develop action plans to achieve those possibilities;
- You set goals that support moving toward balance and satisfaction in your life;
- You move from living from the past, to living toward your future.
Coaches work on both personal and professional goals. A coach listens to help you develop and articulate your most heartfelt dreams and ambitions, and challenges you to live life at your fullest, in the way that is most right for you. A coach helps you move through your own personal roadblocks and obstacles toward the success you desire. A coach will also acknowledge, without judgment, that there will be breakdowns in the new possibilities you invent for yourself, and helps you get back on track.
How It Works?
Nature of Relationship: The Client understands that the coaching relationship is not psychotherapy, psychological counseling, or any type of therapy nor is it a substitute for these services. In the event the Client feels the need for professional counseling or therapy, it is the responsibility of the Client to seek a licensed professional who can provide these services. If the coach believes that such services will be valuable to the client, the coach will recommend them.
Call Procedure: The Client will call the Coach at the pre-arranged time and telephone number, Skype or FaceTime address as scheduled. Please remember, cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid a missed session charge. There will be no refund or credit for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to a scheduled session. Simply fill out and submit the consultation form below prior to your first session.
Termination: The Client may cancel at anytime. Cancellation must be in writing, by US Mail or E-mail.
Confidentiality: The Coach will not voluntarily divulge that he and the Client are in a coaching relationship without the expressed written permission of the Client. The Coach will do all in his power to keep confidential all communications between the Client and Coach. The Client understands that communication by E-mail may not be secure and that archives of E-mail communication may be subject to electronic interception or may be kept by third parties (such as ISPs) and be subject to court orders. The Client understands that there may be exceptions to Coach-Client confidentiality that may include responding to Court orders. In the event of discovery of child or elder abuse, or the Client's intent to cause harm to himself/herself or others, the Coach will take all reasonable and appropriate action, which may include breaching confidentiality.
